Plant for gel-coat spraying on yacht hull moulds

the plant is complete with two Robots which grant a careful gel-coat spraying on the moulds before the carrying out of the fiberglass hulls.
The Robots are mounted on a portal unit (with three further axes). In this way handling is allowed on the whole moulds surface; the spraying operations are carried out inside a proper booth complete with a ventilation system in order to avoid damaging solvent concentration; Robots carry out their working with precision and absolute faithfulness.
