Description
The plant has been developed for the production of ventilated walls for building field like the external facing of palaces or factories. The "tiles" produced with the extrusion technology, are proposed on the market with different colours and lengths following the market demands. The main purpose of the robotized cell is to pallet "tiles" packs already cut according to size and connect one with each other creating "minipack" on wood pallets.

Description
The plant has been developed for Poroton blocks and bricks for residential and industrial buildings.
During the main phases of the working process (extrusion, drying, firing and palletization), automatic process and robotized cells have an important rule in handling manufactures just with the aim to reduce the most possible man intervention who will only be in charge with the quality control of production. |
